Dispatch Time

Every order is carefully packed and handed over to [COURIER PARTNER] within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Lahore: typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Other major cities: typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Remote or far-flung areas: please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on courier coverage in your area.

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Occasionally, weather, public holidays, or courier delays may push delivery slightly beyond these windows — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges

We keep shipping simple with a flat shipping rate applied at checkout, no matter where in Pakistan you are ordering from.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide, so you can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Simply have the exact amount ready for our courier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey right up to your door.

If Nobody Is Home

Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery more than once and may contact you by phone to arrange a convenient time. If delivery still cannot be completed after a few attempts, the order may be returned to us, and we will reach out to arrange redelivery or a resolution.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders (offices, hotels, restaurants, salons, clinics, and other businesses), delivery timeframes, logistics, and shipping charges are arranged separately based on order size and destination.
