By browsing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or place an order.
Product Descriptions & Images
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, shade, or packaging design may occur between what is shown on our website and the product you receive, due to manufacturing batches, screen display settings, or packaging updates. Such minor variations do not constitute a fault with the product.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
Order Acceptance & Our Right to Cancel
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee that we will fulfil it. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive, or where product availability, pricing errors, or stock issues arise.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery, we may contact you by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before it is dispatched. This helps us reduce failed deliveries and ensure a smooth experience for you.
Customers who repeatedly refuse or fail to accept COD deliveries may, at our discretion, be moved to a prepayment-only status for future orders.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders (for offices, hotels, restaurants, salons, clinics, and other businesses) are not governed by these standard Terms. Such orders are instead subject to a separate written quotation agreed between S&G LUXES and the customer, covering pricing, quantities, delivery terms, and payment schedule.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&G LUXES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order placed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
